The JOEO Air-cooled medium force electro dynamic shaker provides a versatile broadband frequency electric solution for most commercial test applications, designed for payloads of 500kg to 1000kg, Exciting force range of 30kN to 70KN, Our air-cooled electro dynamic shaker features a remote cooling blower with 100% suction air cooling to easily remove heat and noise from the test area, and a dual armature guidance system consisting of an up and down guide mechanism for added stability when testing heavy payload items. Optional bearing line table and head expander with external guide can be used for heavy, unstable loads.

Application

• These are the only shakers in the medium force range that can achieve such a long stroke, and they can achieve a maximum displacement of 76.2 mm (3 inches) in both vertical and horizontal modes.
• The air-cooled duct of JOEO air-cooled electro dynamic shaker has been innovated, and the cooling effect has been greatly improved. The top-down magnetic ring adopts long channel inlet duct；
• High reliability of the armature winding: the innovative process and structure of the reinforced ring of the armature winding significantly improve the vibration resistance under the conditions of strong force, high acceleration vibration, large impact and high temperature.
